You're quite the entertainer it would seem! I love the idea of Breakfast Clubbing (or since I'm lazy, Brunch, and that might work better for some of my friends with children. There are so many ideas out there and nifty things to do.

The original idea isn't mine: a coworker mentioned how she and some girlfriends (though there has been some shuffling over the years) have been doing this for about 10 years now! I loved the idea.

And the idea of having a crafting group that would meet monthly is super too. None of my close friends are into crafting but perhaps that could be the common ground I could use to meet new friends once I get organized.

I don't have a group of friends I hang out with, either. I'd like to be a part of a craft group that gets together maybe once a month.

I am the same way, I am always a bit jealous of those groups of girlfriends but I am totally a one-on-one kind of gal (thats what she said?).

Another thing that I did and will pick up again in a few months is a little thing called, Breakfast Clubbing. Every other month someone will choose a restaurant for brunch and we will all meet for good conversation, laughs and eats. Sometimes the restaurant works, sometimes the food sucks but we girls have a great time every time. Even the ones with children leave their bundles at home for the few hours.
