Frivolous Friday

(I love the alliteration.)
I have a confession to make. I, Jummy, who would happily exist without a television, yet feels completely pressured to buy one so her family and friends will come and visit, have been watching a good two hours of television each week. Worse (in some eyes) is the fact that I have been watching reality television. Arguably bad television.
I am addicted to The Bachelor. Every suspense building preview they show after an episode has ended has me writhing in anticipation for the following week. I literally watch it, gasping and in awe, and declare that I will not miss the next episode. Out loud. Even if I’m alone. And so far, I haven’t.
I have watched the show for years now, but more off and on than anything. I find I always feel compelled to watch seasons where the bachelor or bachelorette are the rejectees of a previous season, as is the case this time around. I cannot wait until next Monday!
(Don’t forget to please check out Emma’s site and buy something from the site if you feel led to do so (please feel led!). The money (every last penny!) will be going to a very good cause.)

Did you get my email the other day about TV?
Don’t do it Jummy! TVs are a huge time suck. On the other hand, so many shows so little time … I recommend a TiVo if you get the TV :)
