Oh, Joomy! I'm so, so happy for you! Hurray, hurray! I will be of absolutely NO VALUE when it comes to tips on decorating (as you'll recall, my own room is decorated in Clifford the Big Red Dog, as I haven't been able to choose something more appropriate) But I certainly wish you luck! Your style is so lovely and wonderful, though, that I imagine your home will be beautiful once you are in it!
