Both companies made it easy for me to dispute the charge - even immediately refunded me the money, with only the warning of "If (insert company/store name here)'s charge is correct, then we will recharge your account and the 18%/year interest charge for that amount." Both times I was correct, and refunded immediately, I left it with the credit card company to deal with the other companies. You go girl!
