Post shower and while dressing for work this morning, I heard a bird that sounded suspiciously like a rooster.  It was very loud, as if it was sitting right outside my window.

After my initial annoyance (all the loudest birds seem to congregate outside my window), I realized I was pretty impressed and remember thinking:  a rooster?  On my street?  This bird must be far from home.

As I walked over to my window to peek at this bird, I nearly tripped over my purse.  Where I had thrown my cellphone.  Which apparently has a rooster sounding alarm on it.
