And another thing

Yes, I’m still on the same topic:
What do you do when you’ve worn a blouse, it’s not dirty but it’s wrinkled from a day of wearing it? Since it’s not dirty, chances are that you hung it back in your closet. Now a few days (weeks) have passed and you want to wear it again.
Do you have a problem re-ironing it?
I do. I’m not sure why but I have a problem ironing something that I’ve already worn, even if it’s not dirty. I guess because it’s not “fresh from the wash crisp” anymore, so I end up having to wash it again before I iron it.
Another minus against ironing: it leads to faster wearing out of clothing!

Hehe. I think I might be the odd one because I almost never wear something more than once before washing it. I do with things that get dry cleaned because I like to get more wear for my buck. But I never wear shirts more than once.

Ditto. I never wear a shirt more than once before washing it. EVER.
Nope – I don't re-iron it. I just wear it wrinkled :) Since I've discovered that it gets a little wrinkled after 5 mins (before you get out the door) anyway. So now I try to by the fabrics that don't wrinkle as much. Yup, I'm lazy that way.
Stick it on high heat in the dryer with a wet facecloth for a few minutes. Wrinkles = gone.
I'll re-iron if needed. If you've hung it back up doesn't it mean you'll wear it again? Can't wear it wrinkled. So re-iron.
I CAN wear something more than once (maybe only twice though) before washing it, especially in winter (just CAN'T get the washing out much when it's raining every day… hmm that's our summer too LOL). I also don't have THAT many clothes that I can wear a WHOLE, COMPLETELY fresh outfit every day. I wish I could do that though! Alas, I'm a mixer-recycler LOL.
