The weight loss plan that will work for me if I can sustain it for years at a time

September 8, 2006

I’ve discovered the secret to success with my personal weightloss woes:  keeping busy.

I have a treat or two in my office drawers [ahem] but I can’t eat them unless I have a spare moment.  The last week has been pretty busy [too busy, even, for mindless nibbling whilst reading] that I haven’t snacked half as much as I know I’m capable of on a slow day [don't bother suggesting healthy snacks; I can't seem to finish a bag of baby carrots with the same gusto as a 191g bag of wildberry skittles].

Simple:  work so hard I can’t do anything but break for lunch, if that, and slim I will become!
