It’s hard to believe that I have friends my age who are celebrating four years of wedded life today, but Rich and Ves are!

My parents celebrated their 30th anniversary a week ago tomorrow. Because of worries over how my mom would be feeling, we didn’t have the small get together we had planned but we did put a picture of them in the local paper and I think they enjoyed that (or at least all their friends did; from the number of people who called to wish them a happy anniversary).

Wow! I thought you and your sister looked an awful lot alike, but you look so much like your mom too! The apples didn't fall far from that tree!!
